Anyone can have cellulite and it isn't necessarily related to being overweight but it can be caused by so many different factors including pregnancy and stress. Their cellulite reduction treatments claim to give dramatic results without any downtime or time off, improvements in skin texture and a reduction in cellulite. *Christmas Decor Wish List

One of my favourite things about Christmas are all of the gorgeous and sparkly tree decorations, fairy lights, outdoor lights and the lovely, glittery homeware that is very hygge (forget about thing life, I'm all about that hygge life!). I personally love metallic (rose gold/copper/gold) decorations and lights at this time of the year especially so I want pretty much everything from Cox & Cox!

*Outdoor Festive Decorations

One of my favourite things about Christmas, now and when I was a child, were all of the Christmas decorations and lights on our street and while driving around. Growing up, there was a house close to us that was known to us as the 'Christmas house' because every year it had SO many lights on it that it stood out so much and always made us smile going past it. We've never done anything that over the top but we always have lights outside and as children we put up our 'santa stop here' sign in the front garden.

Now things are a little different as my inspiration and wish list is coming from Pinterest and or Etsy so I don't want lots of lights but I do want fairy lights, wreaths and cute homemade decorations. There are so many gorgeous outdoor christmas decorations and christmas light inspiration photos on Pinterest that are just perfect - some of my favourites are above.

I love all of the ideas in the photos above, especially the gorgeous wreaths, we have one now from Matalan that lights up but next year I'd love a real one for the front door - they make me think of Victorian Christmases. I'm not a fan of tacky lights or decorations, some of my neighbours have inflatable decorations which I personally don't like but I do love more homemade, traditional indoor and outdoor decorations for the Christmas season...well I like fairy lights in the garden all year round! I think fairy lights look great around trees and scrubs which is something a lot of the homes around mine seem to be doing this year. Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a process I have been interested in for years, I have tried two at home devices. The couple devices that I've tried have been relatively effective although I think and in-salon or in-clinic treatment would be far more effective. Pulse light clinic, as well as other procedures and treatments, offer laser hair removal treatments which are suitable for men and women aged over 18. They have clinics in London and have over 15 years of expertise in skincare. They claim fast and excellent laser hair removal results and to be honest if I lived in London I would definitely go in for a free consultation!

Laser hair removal is a permanent way of removing unwanted hair and works by targeting the hair follicle with a laser which damages and in turn destroys the hair follicle which stops it from producing further hairs. The at home devices I've tried haven't been painful, I just a very slight warming  feeling so I don't think the in-clinic treatment will be much different. As with at home devices it's not a instant thing, you have to wait for the hair cycle to progress over the next few weeks and you will gradually see results. It sounds like a miracle, not having to shave and I really want to go through laser hair removal one day. Scandinavian Inspired Wish List

When it comes to interior design, homeware, baking and being super cosy, the Scandinavians do it best! Childrens Gift Guide

Christmas Party Wish List

Christmas party season is almost here and with it comes the horror of trying to find an outfit that is suitably festive, formal or party appropriate during the chaos of shopping centres at this time of the year. *Aquascutum Luxe Wish List

My wish lists for autumnal clothing, accessories, bags and coziness is growing by the day! I have so far mostly refrained from buying everything *mainly because I want to buy a new camera which is almost £600* but I have treated myself to a few new books and I've been lucky enough to be sent some lovely new autumnal clothing - posts coming soon. Today's post is a wish list featuring the brand Aquascutum which is a luxury British clothing brand which began as Mayfair tailors in 1851. Autumnal Homeware Mood Board

When the seasons change, I always want to buy a range of gorgeous new clothing, accessories and homeware and this season I'm drawn to copper, greys, peaches and natural tones and textures - well, I love copper/rose gold all of the time, I am a blogger after all! *Pamper Products Wish List

Since I started learning to drive last month with the theory test, which isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, I've been really stressed and tried so I haven't been having pamper nights at all. *Random Acts Of Kindness ft. Tesco Flowers

When I was a child and a teenager actually, I never really understood why my mum and my aunties always loved receiving flowers for their birthdays, mother's day or as a thank you but now, I completely understand as having a bouquet of beautiful flowers in the house can not only make the room look fresher and summery but it always has such an uplifting effect on your mood and outlook. Also as a blogger I love flowers as they make pretty and easy photograph backgrounds! #BloggerProblems

I love receiving flowers as does my mum so I would have to nominate her for my random act of kindness as even though sometimes most of the time she can drive me crazy, she is always so loving, supportive and funny...in her own very unique and embarrassing way! She loves flowers, plants and gardening in general as she took a few horticulture classes at college a few years ago so I'm sure she'd love any bouquet or plant as a gift but I'd have chose the colourful and summery Tesco Finest Pink Oriental Lily Bouquet (£30) for her.

The lily bouquet is just gorgeous, I love the bright pink petals and more unusual shape...also it would look great as a photo background, just sayin'. That's the problem with being a blogger, flowers don't last long in the living room or kitchen - they always mysteriously end up in my office. Interior Design Trends 2016

If you have been following me on Instagram or especially on Pinterest then you may know that I'm in the process of redecorating my blogging space/office and it's made me become even more addicted to Pinterest than I already was - the home and interior design photos on Pinterest are so inspirational and gorgeous! I have been scrolling through stores and Pinterest most days for design and product inspiration not just for the office but we are thinking for redesigning the kitchen this year too.

This is a sponsored post but as I've been a little obsessed with interior design recently and I ran a poll on Twitter about the topics I should blog about more and a lot of people voted for lifestyle topics, I thought this post would be interesting. Todays post is all about interior design trends, especially kitchen trends for 2016 from an article on the Better Decorating Bible by the kitchen worktop specialist, Mayfair Granite.

- Smart Storage: I think this concept applies to every room, not just kitchens, smart and space saving storage is such an important aspect of any home. I've been trying to find new and interesting storage ideas for my specialist vegan and vegetarian products in the kitchen for a while and it's not easy! Also in the process of redecorating the office, I've been trying to find smart storage for one of the smallest rooms of the house. De-cluttering and keeping things minimal will help and a new year is the perfect time to organise and sort, well I do this all of the time but for most normal people the new year or the spring is the time to sort out the home and storage solutions.

- Pendant Lighting: If you look on Pinterest you will not only been consumed by the amazingness of it all and you won't be able to leave but you will also have home envy as the kitchens on Pinterest are heavenly. I especially love pendant lights *they feature heavenly on Pinterest* and they look so futuristic and striking in a minimalistic way that I adore. Also as I am a blogger, I naturally adore rose gold pendant lighting! I think pendant lights would also be perfect for a breakfast bar or dining room table and I'm currently looking for a pendant light *rose gold, of course* for the office. They don't necessarily come cheap though but this is a trend I'm all for!

- Colourful Cabinets: I am a big fan of neutrals and white walls but even I think there needs to be a least some colour in every room and as the kitchen is the heart of the home, it should be an inviting and also interesting and fun place to be. Colourful cabinets, appliances and sinks would make a great feature in a more neutral and minimal kitchen space - injecting some life and vibrancy into one of the most used and loved rooms of the home.

Also the combination of mixed materials in the kitchen, statement bathroom mirrors, charming fireplaces, luxury worktops and open shelving are set to be big interior design trends for 2016. De-Clutter January

De-cluttering, tidying and organising are in all honesty some of my favourite things to do every few months and especially at the start of a new season or new year as it makes space for christmas presents or new buys, it keeps everything looking tidier and neater and it keeps my mind clearer and less cluttered too, if that makes sense. I find that if I have too many things on my desk then I can never concentrate, having my desk neat and tidy means that I can carry on with what I need to do. Here are some of my de-cluttering tips:

1. Don't hold onto things if you haven't used them in a year: I am not very sentimental about most things but oddly when it clothes, bags and shoes, I cannot seem to get rid of them very easily. So every two or three months, I go through my wardrobe and I get rid of at least a few items to sell or to donate and it keeps my wardrobe less cluttered and it means that I have space for new clothes.

2. Buy a file box: I recently sorted through uni, student finance, banking and blog paperwork and shredded lots of it that I didn't need and the rest I put into a file box (I bought this one from Amazon) and I'm really happy with it. It stores all of my papers in a neat and tidy way that doesn't look or feel too bulky. I'd definitely recommend a file box!

3. Get rid of old or worn out items: This point is similar to the first one although I include bathroom and beauty products. As a blogger I am very kindly sent products on a regular basis so the items I don't want or don't have room for go to family and friends. However I always end up with half used products piling up so I have to throw them away as they just take up room and they will quickly be replaced by newer products.

4. Give products/items to friends, family or sell them: eBay, blog sales and Amazon trade in are great for selling your unwanted products - especially blog sales as then you don't have to pay eBay seller fees! I'm awful at holding onto items for 'just in case' reasons and it's usually best to just give them away to friends or family or sell them.

5. Make the most of your storage and use dividers: I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to storage and organising - gotta love organising. So I have lots of boxes and dividers for items - H&M have great storage boxes/tin/plates as does Ikea and Muji. Instead of having items laid out, I put them together in a box as I do with DVDs, makeup and items to review/photograph. Also during the winter I keep my summer clothing in storage boxes on top of my wardrobe so they don't clutter up my wardrobe then every season I change it around and end up discovering new items that I forgot I had!

6. Don't tackle everything at once: It can be a little overwhelming if you have a lot to sort through, organise and then potentially to photograph and sell so try dealing with one area at a time such as the bathroom cupboards, papers or your wardrobe.

Summer Clothing Wish List. Ft Monsoon

Summer is almost here and I have been lusting after some beautiful pieces from Monsoon, Asos and H&M recently which I think would be perfect for spring/summer as well as some pretty occasion dresses. This is a sponsored post. 

1. Monsoon Alicia Cutwork Dress (£59): Such a beautiful dress, especially for summer! I love the all over cutout embroidery and simple monochrome design. I think it would be great for a garden party, birthday or even as a wedding guest dress. I also love the versatility of the dress, it could be worn with chunky heeled sandals and a slouchy bag or a pair of nude heels and a clutch. 

2. H&M Striped Dress (£29.99): I do have a thing for stripes, I'm instantly drawn to them in any form. I love the style of this dress, it looks quite structured and similar to a dress I have from Topshop. I also obviously love the navy and cream stripe print. 

3. Monsoon Elton Chain Strap Shoulder Bag (£39): Firstly, I love the colour of this bag! I also love the shape, it is structured and a good smaller size. I don't usually like chain straps, it can look quite tacky in my opinion but it looks right on this bag. I have had a couple of bags from Monsoon/Accessorize and I'm very happy with them.

4. Monsoon Bonnita Embellished Print Kimono (£59): I don't actually own a kimono but I love the way they look! The colours in this kimono look so summery and vibrant. The way Monsoon styled this kimono looks gorgeous! It looks so easy to wear and perfect for festivals!

5. Asos Simpsons Homer Ankle Socks (£5): Something you may not know about me but I love The Simpsons and I have since I was a child - if it's ok for Stephen Fry, it's ok for me! I love the cute design of these socks and to be honest they are very appropriate for me, I'm constantly eating!

6. H&M Striped Jersey Top (£12.99): Another stripy item because I can't include just one, that would be crazy! I have a few stripy tops from H&M and they are fantastic (although a little thin) and they go with everything. I love the combination of a stripy top, skinny jeans, heeled ankle boots and minimalist jewellery.
