Stationery Week: Mapped Helix Pens
It's national stationery week! Throughout this week I will have lots of stationery related posts and this is the first! I was kindly sent some pens from Maped Helix and I don't know about other stationery nerds but I love pens - ok, it seems odd when it's typed. I love using new pens, especially coloured pens to mark specific notebooks and to-do lists so this was a perfect package for me.

I have the *Maped Graph' Pens Compact x10 which contains a set of coloured pens with 0.4mm tips. The pens come in a range of colours from blues, greens and pinks to black, orange and yellow; they come in an usual, finger trapping case. It is great as a holder but watch your fingers! I've been using them already and they are so easy to write with - I love the fine tip and the colour range. Overall rating: ★★★★★, 5/5.

I also have the *Maped Soft Tattoo Paris Foundation Pen; I haven't really tried fountain pens before so I didn't know if I'd like this one but I do love the cute paris design. The pens is actually a lot easier to write with than I thought it would be and although I don't prefer it to the Graph Pens or ballpoint pens, it is nice to use. Overall rating: ★★★★☆, 4/5.

When I've used up the Graph Pens, I will definitely be buying some more; while the Graph Pens are widely available online, the fountain pen isn't - if I find a link, I'll add it to the post. Maped Helix are currently hosting a competition which ends on the 1st May.

Are you a stationery addict too? Have you tried these pens?
