Old Stable 'The Pantry' Crackling Candle
If you didn't know already, I am a massive fan of candles, especially at this time of the year when the leaves are starting to fall and the evenings are getting darker as candles make any room so cosy, homely and inviting. Since trying out some crackling candles from The Great Escape, I was so excited when this candle arrived as it too has a unique crackling wick.

Old Stable are launching their Country House Collection very soon and I was very kindly sent the *Old Stable 'The Pantry' Candle (£16) from the collection. As I have a preview candle, it is a little different to the final product - the finished candles will have an embossed silver-steel lid and toppers on the candles which all sounds very fancy! In terms of pricing I think these candles are extremely reasonably priced especially considering they are handmade, they are massive and burn for up to 50 hours and the quality/finish is fantastic!

The Pantry scent is cinnamon, pear and vanilla which is just heavenly to me as it reminds me of baking and delicious sweet treats (without the calories). Also cinnamon/food/baking scents are so homely, comforting, inviting and perfect for this time of the year.

The scent is subtle, but still very noticeable, although it isn't headache inducing or sickly sweet. The scent seems to be very authentic rather than being artificial and it fills up the room with the fragrance which is predominantly cinnamon. I love the crackling wick, it is a unique detail and makes the whole collection perfect for autumn/winter.

Unlike a lot of candles this size, the wax actually melts easily all the way to the sides of the candles so you don't get any tunnelling or product waste which is fantastic! Also the wax is ecosoya wax which is better for the environment. The candle does seem like it will last for ages even though I've been burning it so often since I received it a few weeks ago.

Overall, I love the branding and design of this collection, it looks like every candle would make a lovely, unique gift for christmas - yes, I'm thinking about it already...I've been thinking about christmas and halloween since August! The scent is gorgeous, homely and comforting as well as being perfect for autumn/winter. Also I've actually been using the cute outer packaging the candle comes in to store my brushes and liners for my upcoming halloween makeup looks. Overall rating: ★★★★★, 5/5.

Old Stable already have a great range of candles, home fragrance and homeware available, all of which is gorgeous - here's my not so mini wish list:

H+M Homeware Wish List

H&M homeware is all over the blogging community and recently they have upped their game with so many new products which I think are quite scandinavian/nordic inspired with the simplistic, minimalist design and the use of natural and more rustic materials.

My H&M wish list is pretty massive to be honest but here are a few of my favourite items from their website which I have been lusting after for a while. Some are new stock that I need and the prospect of crisp autumn days is making me want to buy ALL the gorgeous AW15 homeware!

Have you bought anything from H&M homeware? What do you think of my homeware picks?
