Firstly, the packaging is just gorgeous - it's minimalist but so luxurious, only made more apparent in the weight - it's SO heavy! The perfume would aesthetically make an amazing gift. The fragrance initially is sweet, fruity and musky while being creamy and rich. It develops into a indulgent, deep and musky fragrance that would be perfect for winter or as an evening fragrance. Although while it is musky and heady, it's still a feminine and 'sexy' perfume.
The longevity is fantastic, as you would expect from an eau de perfum - it lasts all day on me and when I spray it on my scarves, I can still smell it the next day which is very impressive. It is pretty pricey but the packaging, complex fragrance and the amazing longevity makes it so worth it. I'd much rather pay more for a perfume and have it last all day and then some, instead of a cheaper perfume that I need to reapply throughout the day. My only negative would be that you can't see or feel when the fragrance is coming to an end. Overall rating: ★★★★★. 5/5.
I also have the equally pretty Giorgio Armani Si Eau de Parfum (£69.50, 50ml) which I received as a Klout perk last year (if you follow me on Instagram or Twitter then you will have seen the amazing package).
Notes: Bergamot, Mandarin, Cassis, Rose, Neroli, Jasmine, Patchouli, Woods, Amber, Orcanox, Vanilla
This fragrance is in essence, a lighter, sweet and fresher version of the Eau de Parfum Intense - it's basically the more wearable, daytime version. I think both fragrances would make fantastic gifts as a pair because they both compliment each other and could be used as a daytime and nighttime perfume. The longevity is great but not as long wearing or as strong as the Intense perfume. Overall rating: ★★★★★. 5/5.
