Firmoo Sponsored International Giveaway

I have a very exciting post for all of my readers and followers today, Firmoo (an affordable online global eyeglasses store) have very kindly sponsored a giveaway in which 5 lucky winners will win a $30 gift voucher each to spend on the Firmoo store. Firmoo offer prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses/fashion glasses and also sunglasses (for men and women) so there is something for everyone!

The voucher is only valid on glasses from the classic series (you can see all of the classic series glasses, here).  There are so many styles to choose from, the lenses can be prescription or non-prescription and the lenses can also be tinted - there are so many options to choose from. International Rosegal Giveaway

I have finished my giveaways for the month of december but I was contacted last week by Rosegal to see if I wanted to host a giveaway. This is a sponsored giveaway in that the winner will receive a free item (of their choice, up to the value of $20) but I am not being compensated.  Rosegal is an online shop, they ship internationally and they have a great range of clothing, accessories and jewellery, as well as vintage items. Magazine Freebies: August Editions!

Here are the magazine freebies with the August editions of the UK beauty/fashion magazines. Last months magazine freebies were amazing and this month is pretty amazing too!

Glamour Magazine (£2): There are some amazing freebies with Glamour magazine this month from the brand Balance Me including the Balance Me Super Toning Body Wash which is the freebie I wanted. There is also a face wash, moisturiser and lip salve - I think I am going to get the face cream or lip salve as well! Gotta love Glamour mag as they always have amazing freebies. There was also a duo sample of the new Herbal Essences Bee Strong shampoo/conditioner with Glamour too.

Harpers Bazaar: Harpers Bazaar, a magazine I used to buy almost every month but I don't really buy it anymore but my mum bought it this month because it had a good sized L'Occitane immortelle precious cream with it. Unfortunately I had a sample of this cream last year and it irritated my skin so I can't use this sample so my mum has it. 

Maire Claire: I am going to have to pick up Marie Claire this month as it has a mini Eyeko liquid pen eyeliner with it, in black. I haven't tried this product before but I have heard a lot of good things about it. 

There are other magazine freebies with Cosmopolitan there is a range of three products to chose from, from Nip and Fab - a brand I haven't tried but I will have to pick up a couple of Cosmo magazines to try their products. There is the Nip and Fab dry leg fix, Bust fix and Body glow fix. Red magazine has sets of REN products with it and I love REN skincare but I have too many skin samples so I think I am going to pass on this one. Finally, Instyle has a free Rituals mascara with it, I purchased the waterproof version of this free mascara in the John Lewis sale for £6 and I am not in love with it.

Magazine Freebies: July Editions

This month there have been some pretty amazing magazine freebies here in the UK! With most magazines having some kind of freebie included. 

I picked up Glamour magazine, as I usually do, and it contained a Model Co black eyeliner (which has a pencil sharpener on one end). There are a couple of lip glosses and a mascara I think as well to collect. I have heard of this brand but I have never bought anything from them. There were a couple of sachet samples in this magazine too. And it looks like next months Glamour freebies are going to be even better with some Balance Me body care products!

I also picked up Marie Claire as it has a mini Ciate Caviar nail polish duo included which is just amazing! The nail polish is called 'cookies and cream' which is a gorgeous nude taupe shade and the caviar beads are called 'shooting star' which are a mix of gold and pearl beads. I have tried the Ciate caviar duos before, I received a set for christmas and I like the effect but the longevity and wear is really poor but it was great for an evening. There were a couple of sachet samples too - there was a Loreal everriche shampoo sachet, a Garnier bb cream sample and a John frieda blonde sachet duo with these two magazines.

Also with Elle UK there is a free Rodial Brazilian Tan bottle in Dark, Light and Clear to choose from - there was only Dark and Clear when I looked so I will have to keep searching for the Light shade. With  Instyle there is a free Neals Yard moisturiser. And an exciting free with Red magazine is a free sample of the new Elemis pro radiance flash balm which I will have to get - with Red magazine next month there is going to be a REN skincare trio apparently, very exciting! And finally with Traveller magazine (never heard of it) there is a free Neom hand cream which again I will have to get my hands on!

Magazine Freebies: April

I went to Morrisons yesterday to look at the magazines (I came out with a lot more than just one magazine!) and I noticed that a lot of magazines had great freebies! I only pick up one magazine that had a freebie and that was Glamour Magazine. 

The freebies within Glamour Magazine for the month for April (magazines are always a month ahead) were hair products from Percy and Reed which have been freebies for Glamour Magazine before. I picked the 'Percy and Reed Volumising No Oil Hair Oil'. I haven't tried a volumising hair oil before! I think I might have to get the shampoo and conditioner too. 

I did look a bit weird taking a photograph of a magazine stand in Morrisons (Food store) but I had to! 

The freebie with Cosmopolitan Magazine were Elemis minis! There are three Elemis mini to choose from: a facial moisturiser for dry skin, a facial moisturiser for normal/combination skin and a thirst quenching lip balm. 

The freebie included with Marie Claire Magazine was the Neals Yard Bee/Honey Hand creme - I can't remember exactly what it was called but I was so tempted to get this magazine just for the hand creme and I think I will have to go back and get it! The hand creme was a really generous size too, I think it was 30ml.

Magazine Freebies: December Issues

The first magaine I bought this month is Glamour UK which contains four free Nails Inc polishes (10ml) each which is full size! I bought the pale pink shade called 'Elizabeth Street'. I tried this polish today and it did look streaky as it was applied and after it had dried it was a little bit streak. Also with just one coat it was really sheer and I could clearly see my nails through the polish - a bit disappointing. 

The second magazine is Marie Claire Uk which isn't a magazine I buy normally unless there is a a good freebie in it - like this month. This months Marie Claire freebie is the Jemma Kidd Instant Lift Skin Perfecting Primer which I haven't tried yet but it looks good.

The last magazine is Elle UK which I didn't buy for the freebie as I do not shop at Dune but the freebie is a £20 gift card for Dune - but on boots only. Not a freebie I will use but I always buy Elle magazine.
