Christmas Gifting with Wolf + Gypsy

December is nearly here and with it comes chocolate joy every morning, festive music and a rush to find the right present for friends and family. I don't think you can go wrong with a piece of beautiful jewellery, especially when it is unique and packaged well so I think Wolf & Gypsy is a great place to look for jewellery gifting ideas. I was very kindly sent the stunning sixpence necklace which is also available in silver as well as numerous chain lengths but I opted for 18" - a great mid-length necklace. 

The necklace is inspired by a 1914 sixpence, a British coin in circulation for hundreds of years, which has traditionally been a symbol of good luck. The sixpence was thought to bring good luck to a bride on her wedding day and it remains a good luck charm even today. The coin within the necklace is enclosed in an arc which makes it look minimal and effortless but also very luxe. 

I think the necklace looks very beautiful, especially the gorgeous gold option I was kindly sent - it is composed of sterling silver plated with gold vermeil. It catches the light beautifully and looks perfect worn alone or layered with other necklaces. I've been wearing it constantly as it is such an easy, goes-with-everything necklace.
