Leanbean reviews - three ways this fat burner works

Thursday, November 02, 2017
If you’re a regular reader of this blog you’ll know I’m always hunting out products that fit with my vegetarian lifestyle. This month I’m looking at something slightly different and giving feedback on a vegetarian friendly fat burner supplement called Leanbean - I love the brand name and the packaging!

Now, I haven’t used many supplements of this type before as quite often the capsules include gelatin, making them unsuitable if you don’t eat meat. I’ve also been skeptical of the high caffeine content these types of products can contain, being a coffee drinker I already know all too well what the adverse effects of having too much caffeine can be.

Fortunately, Leanbean managed to jump through all these hoops as not only is it perfectly safe for vegetarians but it’s also quite modest when it comes to the amount of stimulants it includes, meaning you should be free to use it without seeing any side effects.

First thoughts
After getting sent some product, the first thing I noticed was how beautiful the packaging was, even the outer cardboard carton that it comes in is branded pink! When I opened the bottle, what was also immediately noticeable was that the capsules have a lovely smell, this isn’t an artificial smell but rather quite a fresh, almost sweet scent. After reading the supplement facts I think the scent most likely comes from the Raspberry Keytones which are one of the active ingredients in the product.

Ingredients
Speaking of the ingredients, after doing a little digging I found some information on the key fat burner compounds in Leanbean and how they work, here's a rundown:

Turmeric – A natural spice that can help attack brown fat cells and reduce inflammation in the gut.

Glucomanan – A high fibre plant extract that’s known to swell in your stomach making you feel full for longer periods during the day.

Green Coffee & Green Tea – Two metabolism boosters which are both rich in antioxidants.

Cayenne Pepper – Another natural spice that can help you burn fat.

Chromium – A mineral that can slow the release of sugar into the blood in the same way eating healthy foods does.
Review
Like most items I buy I like to do some research first to see whether it’s something that I should be using. From what I found Leanbean has some really good reviews as well as decent transformation pictures from other girls that have taken it previously. It’s important to mention though that all these girls seemed to be actively working to improve their lifestyle whilst using the product, according to them Leanbean simply sped up and enhanced their results rather than acting like a miracle cure! So it needs to be used in conjunction with a regular exercise and a healthy diet.

Some of the benefits they cited included:

  • Reduced Appetite
  • Improved definition and toning
  • Better Energy
  • Less Bloating

Any downsides

The price was definitely a bit of downside for me as this is one of the more premium supplements on the market. That being said I am happy to pay more if I know I’m getting a quality product in return. With it being a fat burner the servings are also a little more intensive than say a regular weight loss shake, with Leanbean you have to take one capsule on four separate occasions each day and for best results you’re supposed to spread this out evenly and it needs to be taken consistently.

Overall
Personally, I love the idea behind Leanbean. I like the fact that it’s just for women and that it’s works by using some of nature’s most effective plant extracts and spices. Performance wise, I’ve been using it on and off for a couple of weeks now and I definitely feel like I’ve made some positive steps forward in that time. As I’ve mentioned before maintaining weight loss is one of my big goals for this year and staying ahead of those pesky pizza cravings. Right now my appetite is definitely down, my energy is little better than normal and I’m in the best shape I ever have been - thanks to daily exercise, a healthy diet and I think these supplements have been helping but I do need to use them for a longer period of time to see if they are helping. If things carry on like this I’ll be well on my way to next year’s target weight of just under 8 stone.

If you are interested in trying the Leanbean fat burner you can find more information as well as customer reviews on their website. One other thing to be aware of is that you can only buy the product direct from the manufacturer as it isn’t available through any other retailers. To learn more visit: www.leanbeanofficial.com.
