Autumnal Outfits ft. LOTD

Autumn is my favourite time of the year as it means gingerbread and pumpkin everything, cosy nights in and layering, jumpers and coats - three of my favourite things. When the lovely people over at LOTD got in touch about reviewing some of their pieces, I was so excited as it was actually a site that my sister purchased from a couple of days earlier and I'd been looking at!

*Pink Lace Back Knit Jumper (£18)

Is there anything cosier than a soft, chunky knit jumper? No, there isn't and this one is perfect. I have the S/M size which is a teeny bit too big but I like the size (I'm a UK 8/10 for reference) and it's so comfortable. I took me quite a while to decide what colour to choose but I ended up with the pink option and I love it but the oatmeal, mustard and grey jumpers are at the top of my wish list!

It is such an incredibly comfortable, cosy and soft jumper that is a great length for me as I refer slightly longer jumpers. However, the best thing about it is the back as it has a corset style ribbon crisscrossing the back which is a lovely and delicate detail that makes it look much more expensive than it actually is. *Black Pearl Trimmed Velvet Dress (£14)

I cannot believe how cheap but perfect this dress is! I'm quite particular about dresses which is why I'm slightly dreading bridesmaid dress shopping as for me a high neck is essential as is the above the knee length and longer length sleeves. I adore the fit of this dress, especially since I've lost over a stone in weight as if I'd tried this dress on before my weight loss, it would have looked horrendous but I'm loving it.

I think it fits me really well (it's a UK 8/10) but if you're going to buy it then I'd probably size up to be safe. It's such a comfortable dress, the length is great and I love how minimal and simple the design is. Paired with my star bag, it would be a great Christmas or New Years eve outfit. I adore everything I chose but I think this dress might be my favourite!

*White Basic T-Shirt (£5)

One item of clothing that is so elusive that I have only just found the right one is a white t-shirt. Pretty much every single white t-shirt I've bought has been see-through to some extent or it has cap sleeves which need to stop. Now. This white t-shirt is perfect as the sleeves are a great length, it isn't see-through at all and it's so comfortable, it pairs with everything and it is so incredibly cheap too. If you are looking for an opaque everyday white t-shirt then look no further - now I need the ivory version too.

*Quilted Hoodie Jacket (£20)

Sadly, I can't find this jacket on the site anymore so the link above goes to a similar jacket. I've wanted a yellow/mustard jacket for a while as I love my mustard faux leather jacket but a more autumn and rainy weather appropriate jacket is needed for autumnal England. I have a M which is a pretty good size for me, if you're a UK 8/10 then a medium would be ideal.

I've been wearing the jacket constantly with the white t-shirt and it's perfect for the rainy weather we've had recently in Manchester, although to be honest, it's like that most of the time - I think we could give Bergen a run for it's money. The only thing I don't like is the toggle at the hem of the jacket but I've just removed it. While the yellow version doesn't seem to be available, there are still khaki, navy, black and wine versions.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the items I was kindly sent from LOTD! The quality is amazing especially for the low price point, I have been wearing everything constantly and I cannot recommend them enough. I now have quite a long wish list, including the items above!
