If you can’t narrow down the options, you could create a collection of dates or trips. Use numbered mini envelopes to provide details of each date. You don’t have to crazy and spend a fortune. You can mix and match days out or a night away with simple things like a night in with a takeaway and a DVD or a picnic in the park.
