You can tell I'm not a natural fashion blogger can't you?! I either look at the floor or look angry! |
One of my favourite things about autumn is autumn fashion, layering and autumnal shades and prints such as tartan. I was very kindly sent this *Cherry Diva Green Check Pattern Fringed Scarf (£12) and I loved it so I have created three casual autumnal and wintery outfits that I wear all of the time.
Outfit One:
- Jumper: Primark Camel Jumper (£4.90, sale)
- Jeans: Topshop
- Boots: Newlook
- Glasses: Firmoo
I love camel and tan shades all year round but especially during autumn and I love it paired with denim! I love this outfit, it is quite preppy with the glasses and scarf but it is such a versatile outfit combination and it's perfect for the colder months.
Outfit Two:
- Jumper Dress: Joules Milton Longline Jumper (£49.95)
- Bag: Asda George
- Fleece Leggings: John Lewis
- Boots: Newlook
- Watch: Breo
I recently received a £100 Joules voucher and one of the things I purchased was this longline grey jumper which is a little oversized but I like that style. It is ribbed which I wasn't sure of at first but now I love it. I love wearing oversized jumpers as dresses with tights, boots and a scarf as it is such a quick and easy outfit. Definitely check out the Joules design competition!
Outfit Three:
- Stripy Top: H&M
- Skirt: Newlook
- Fleece Leggings: John Lewis
- Boots: Newlook
- Bag: Asos
This has to be my favourite outfit, mainly because of the stripes...I LOVE stripes! I also love the skirt even though it is a little impractical. I think clashing prints and textures can be such a fun and easy way to incorporate new life into an old outfit and I love the mix of tartan, stripes and corduroy in this final outfit.
Overall, I love this scarf as it not only works with so many outfits throughout the autumn and winter months but it is soft and cosy; also it isn't massive like most scarfs so it doesn't look like I'm trying to wrap myself in an huge blanket! The prices on Cherry Diva are so reasonable! Here's my mini wish list:
What do you think of my Cherry Diva scarf? Have you bought anything from Cherry Diva?
I love outfit one, with scarf three :) x
