Another month has gone by, how is this possible! It feels like it was new year last week to me! Anyway, I have some beauty favourites this month, including some old favourites and a few new products that I haven't been able to put down - apart from the past week when I've been ill and I haven't been able to wear any makeup.
Makeup
Let's start with the makeup, earlier this month I won a competition with House Of Coco in which I won £150 worth of makeup! One of the products I won was the Rimmel Oh My Gloss in the shade lucidalabbra - I don't know why my tube seems to have the Italian shade name on...Anyway, it's a gorgeous my lips but better shade and it lasts on the lips too! I will be looking out for more! A rediscovery this month has been the amazing Max Factor Smooth Effect Foundation which is my safe, go to foundation all year round, I cannot rave about it enough - I need to stock up as I believe it's being discontinued.
Beauty Tools + Brushes
My makeup brush favourite for the month has been the Real Techniques Sculpting Brush from the contour set but I've been using it for foundation and it's amazing! Sticking with the makeup theme, I've been using my DHC Oil Blotting Papers a lot recently due to the heat wave and they work so well, I didn't know my skin was that oily! I received them in a My Little Box so I don't know where I can re-purchase but they are on my list. The last beauty tool is the Tweezerman Grip + Snip Cuticle Nipper which does look scary but it is pain free and helps make my nails/cuticles look so much neater. The last item in this category isn't really a tool but it's a cuticle oil from Essence and it's been a lifesaver recently as my nails and cuticles have been SO dry and this oil is very quick/easy and mess free to use.
Skincare + Bodycare
First up, I wrote a rave review of the Dermatique Recuperating Cream already and it is definitely helping the eczema on my hand. I've also been loving Nourish Kale Biometic Anti-Ageing Eye Cream over the past month as it really helps with dehydration lines and instantly makes me look more awake - as does the AA Refreshing Eye Gel. My final favourite is the AromaWorks Serenity Bath Oil which is so heavenly and indulgent.
Lastly, I just wanted to mention a few hayfever and heatwave helpers that I've been loving over the past week including the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, Nasal Guard Allergie Block Gel, Vicks Inhaler Stick and the Jurlique Balancing Mist.
Which products have you been loving over the month of June? Have you tried any of the products I've featured?
Such lovely pictures and picks! I hate hayfever and have also been using the vicks inhaler stick x

It's awful but I find that Piriton tablets, nasal gels and sticks really help - not so glam though! xx
