*Fashion Union Geometric Print Dress

Wednesday, November 13, 2013
I entered the Fashion Union campaign on Etail PR which is a free site that bloggers can join and you can enter campaigns where you may be sent items to review - however my opinions are my own. I entered the Fashion Union campaign which is still running and there were a lot of items to choose from for this campaign. For more information on etail pr, click here
I picked the Geometric Print Long Sleeve Mini Dress (£30) in the UK size 8 which is a great size for me. I heard of and bought from Fashion Union before I signed up to Etail PR and I bought a couple of jumpers in the sale. I find their clothing to be true to size, from my experience. The dress is described as mini but as I am just under 5ft it is longer and it is a couple of inches above my knee which is a really nice length for me, in my opinion.

I love the print of the dress, is is monochrome and I just adore the print. The material that the dress is made of is really thick which would be great for the colder months but I find that it makes the dress quite rigid, this would probably not be the case after it has been washed though. The length and size overall are great but the arms and shoulders of the dress look quite boxy on my petite frame so I don't think it looks very flattering on me!

Overall, a good quality dress for the colder months with a classic, easy to wear print. However on me the dress looks a bit too boxy, structured and it would probably suit someone taller to be honest!

Have you bought anything from Fashion Union? x

e-tailPR Fashion Union Competition

Monday, September 23, 2013
I am a member of E-Tail PR which is a blogger/company networking site and they currently have a competition with Fashion Union to win £500 to spend on the Fashion Union website - I had to enter! For more information about this competition, click here. I have bought some knitwear from Fashion Union in the past and I have been really happy with it, for more information about Fashion Union and their clothing, click here. They have a fantastic range of clothing, shoes and accessories all at really great prices - and their sales are amazing!
1. Khaki Boucle Military Double Breasted Jacket: I love military jackets, especially for autumn/winter - they are always on trend and look great with skinny jeans and boots. Also khaki is always a staple colour for A/W.

2. Cream Stripe Skater Dress: Skater dresses are so quick and easy to style, they go with everything and they are really flattering as they skim over those hips. They look great with a big chunky cardigan or a biker/leather jacket. I love this plain, simple striped dress!

3. Black Raglan Sleeve Top: Oh America! Who doesn't love everything American - from Reeces and Covergirl to the Olsen twins and raglan tops! Raglan tops are some of my favourite to wear on casual comfy days - and they look so American! Also this one (it comes in other colours too) is so cheap!

4. Black Woven Skirt With Frontal Baroque Print: I am not really a skirt kind of girl but I just love the unique and gorgeous print! I can imagine wearing this skirt with tights and a white cami tucked it - love it. It looks similar to a skirt that I saw in Look magazine a few weeks ago.

5. Black Curved Brim Bolwer Hat: How adorable is this hat, I need it. I like hats especially for autumn/winter and this one looks great and it will go with skinny jeans and a biker jeans or with a dress and heels.

6. Denim Frayed Edges Bleached Denim Shorts: Here is my slight obsession with America again - I wanted to buy a pair of shorts like this from Topshop but I didn't want to spend topshop prices - I think these would look great with the black raglan top, thick tights and chelsea boots.

7. Black Mixed Stud Biker Boots: I love boots and the detail on these is really cute and makes they look more expensive - biker boots are perfect with skinny jeans and a white top all year round.

What do you think of my wish list? And what is on your Fashion Union wish list?
