Cruise Photo Diary + OOTD: Gibraltar, Spain

Tuesday, September 02, 2014
As you may know if you follow my blog or social media accounts, from the 9th to the 23rd August I was on an amazing Royal Caribbean 14 night Mediterranean cruise with my family. We boarded the Independence of the Sea at Southampton, England. We had a few sea days on the way to Gibraltar which was our first stop. This was my first time in Gibraltar and we managed to find a mini bus to take us and some other people around a tour of the main sights such as the rock of Gibraltar, Saint Michael's cave, the apes and the pillars of Hercules. The apes were no problem at all, they didn't jump on anyone but they seems a bit scary to me! I would definitely recommend going in the caves! You can also see the top of North Africa from Gibraltar - we saw it from  out balcony as we docked in Gibraltar and at the pillars of hercules photo stop! The land was in the distance but you could see it and it was quite misty so it looked like a scene from Jurassic park!
Here is my OOTD (outfit of the day) for Gibraltar, it wasn't very hot at all (around 25 degrees Celsius). My dress is from Topshop, shoes are from Debenhams and my sunglasses are from Marc by Marc Jacobs (via the sunglasses shop).

If you have any questions about Gibraltar, the cruise, royal caribbean or what we saw just email me and I will try to answer your questions: The rest of my photo diaries and travel posts will be live over the next couple of weeks!
