*2018 Travel Wish List

Thursday, November 02, 2017
I have been lucky enough to visit a large number of cities all over Europe with my family via cruises, from Crete, Turkey, Greece, Italy and Spain to Russia, Finland, Estonia, Dubrovnik, France and many more all over Europe and the UK. However, my travel wish list is still so long, here are a few of the top places I'd love to visit in 2018:

Edinburgh & Bath
I have been to so many wonderful cities across the UK including Llandudno, Chester, York, Windsor, London and more but Edinburgh is one I haven't been to yet and I'd love to visit, especially to see Edinburgh castle! I follow a few Edinburgh based bloggers and their photos are making me want to visit even more so fingers crossed for next year. Another city in the UK that I really want to visit soon is Bath as it looks so gorgeous! Glasgow, Howarth/Pendle, Cambridge, Cornwall and Oxford are also on my list.

Iceland
One cruise destination that is at the very top of my list is Iceland and there are a few cruises that look amazing that visit Iceland! I have been looking at cruises on the Bolsover Cruises which is one of the UK's largest independent cruise agents with over 50 years of experience. I think it would be amazing to visit the Blue Lagoon, Gullfoss, Hallgrímskirkja and hopefully the northern lights.

Santorini
Santorini has been on my list for years, especially as it seemed to be the 'it' destination a few years ago with bloggers. The white buildings and clear water look so incredible and calming so I think it would be a lovely place to visit, although maybe not in the middle of summer as there's no way I would be able to deal with that kind of heat!

Alaska
Since visiting Norway in August I have wanted to visit similar places such as Iceland and Alaska, all of which look like the most idyllic places to visit, especially if you like to spend time outdoors and visit natural wonders and sights such as glaciers and fjords! Also as Alaska is part of the USA, there will be Sephora, Bath and Body Works and more to spend all of my money at...

Dublin
Lastly, Dublin which is a city I have visited already but I think I was about ten years old and the only thing I remember about it was the awful ferry crossing and sitting in a bar with my parents and friends. Dublin castle, Kilmainham Gaol, The Little Museum of Dublin and Christ Church Cathedral are high on my list, along with so many other sites!

Have you visited any of these destinations? Have you been on a cruise?

  21. Santorini is beautiful but all the Greek Islands are, it just depends where you go but the white and blue typical Greek buildings and amazing scenery can be found everywhere, the only thing I don't like about Santorini is the black sand but it doesn't put me off xxx
