Librow Serum: Final Results

Monday, March 16, 2015
Over three months ago I published an initial impressions post about the Lilash and Librow Demi Enhancing Serums (here). I have been using the Lilash serum up until the past month or so but I had to stop using it because I started getting a purple line the next morning after I applied the serum along my lash lines. I didn't experience any irritation or other negative effects while using the Lilash serum but I thought I should stop using it as I do have sensitive skin/eczema.

I have been using the *Librow Demi Purified Eyebrow Serum (£52.50, 2.95ml) consistently for the past three months and in all honesty, I love it and I have noticed some pretty amazing results in the thickness, density and fullness of my brows overall. The serum is so quick and easy to apply, it is fuss free and it doesn't irritate my skin at all.

Sorry for the no-makeup photos but I wanted to show the results of the serum alone. Both photographs on the left show my brows and lashes after using the Lilash and Librow serums for just over one month. Even then I did notice my lashes and brows were a little darker and stronger. Even thought I had to stop using the Lilash serum, I did notice positive results initially.

The Librow serum worked so well, even after only one/two months. After three months my brows are thicker, fuller and darker; also the sparse areas are now filled in with new hairs especially the front of my brows on the bottom two photos. I am so impressed with the results with my brows, I don't have to use as much brow pencil now and I can easily get away with using the Benefit Gimme Brow on its own but I couldn't before!

Overall, I am so happy with the results from the Librow serum, it has made my brows so much fuller - the photos above don't do the serum justice, as my brows look even fuller/denser in real life. I've nearly finished the Librow tube and I would definitely recommend it!

Have you tried the Lilash or Librow serum? What do you think of my results?

  1. I have been wondering about trying this myself as I do have quite sparse brows. I can really see some subtle differences between your brows, particularly at the front! Glad it worked out for you!

  9. It seems like the results might not be worth it, I have sensitive skin so I'm super wary of new products.

  19. How weird that the lash serum left you with that purple line, I've never heard anything like that when reading other, lash-serum reviews. I'd love to have naturally full brows that only needed a slick of brow gel to keep them tamed, so I'm definitely interested in trying this product. Your brows look amazing!

  22. That's amazing!! I can't believe it worked. I need some of this as my eyebrows struggle to grow back in the right places due to over plucking when I was in school haha

  23. Your eye brows look incredible lovely! I received this duo from Lilash too and the same thing happened to me with the lash serum but it also made them so sore and irritated too. Definitely going to persevere with the brow serum now though. Amazing results :)
